The 30/30 challenge is a body transformation challenge, which involves following an easy to follow personalised eating plan (may involve a few changes to your current daily diet) following a Strength training program, along with attending a variety of 30 minute group workouts. All this will be over a 30 day journey. You will be required to complete a minimum of three strength training sessions and 4 group sessions per week over the course of the 30 days.
